More Engagement Fun with the Connecticut Trolley Museum

Even though National Volunteer Week has passed we continue to honor our Volunteers. We can’t forget a very special family (yes family!.. Mom, Dad and 3 Girls) that have been volunteering at the Museum for many years. Here is a cute video that they put together of their favorite memories at the Museum. May Volunteer of the Month is Fred Stroiney! Fred has been with the Museum since 2003. Fred has taken care of our books ever since and helped the Museum become financially secure with his banking background. Fred was Chairman of the Board for many years. Fred is a Museum Motorman and normally operates on Wednesdays in the Summer. Pictured here with Fred is his wife Shirley who we are thankful for as well for letting Fred spend so much time at the Museum over the last 17 years!

The Trolley Cars are from our collection and truly are a work of art!
