Spring has arrived! The greenhouse is full and we are feverishly planting and seeding on a daily basis. This spring we will again be offering our own hanging baskets, veggie plants, herb plants and annuals. We are also growing a lot of cut flower seedlings for our Cut Flower business, over 80 different varieties!

On Sunday, May 19, Agonist Gallery will host our Early Spring Artists Market.
All area visual artists are invited to bring 1-3 pieces for display in the gallery for the day- 11 am to 4 pm. There are no commissions on sales, and the price to exhibit is only $10 at the door. There will be no charge for our visitors, and there is ample parking.
Bring some new work to share and test out. Our Artists Markets are a place for artists’ to show new work without great expense or time commitment. Accepted work includes photography, painting, illustration, drawing, ceramics, and sculpture. Work will be hung on display panels normally used for outdoor art fairs. Exhibiting artists will be able to display a profile on our new Patreon site.
There will be time for set-up between 10:30 am and 11 am. Hope to see you there!

Join us to remember those who sacrificed for our country! The Museum will honor all Military Personnel including Veterans free admission and a 10% discount for their families on May 27th, 2019, Memorial Day. Military ID or paperwork must be shown to receive discount.
Take as many trolley rides as you would like operated by period dressed motormen. Learn historic information about each car you ride and how the museum began. Inside the Visitor Center you will find more static trolley cars and artifacts. Don’t forget to visit the gift shop on the way out to buy that ‘special’ souvenir.
Additionally, make your own Jr. Motorman Hat & Dress-up as a Motorman at the Imagination Center! On the same grounds as the Trolley Museum is the Connecticut Fire Museum complete with antique fire trucks and apparatus. All activities and Fire Truck Museum entrance is included with your admission cost.
Pack a lunch and relax while you watch the trolleys arrive and depart from North Road Station.
The Connecticut Trolley Museum is located at 58 North Road (Rt. 140) and is a short 15 minutes north of Hartford or a short 15 minutes south of Springfield. Admission is $11 for ages 13 and up, $10 for seniors 62 and up and $8 for ages 4-12. Connecticut Trolley Museum members and children 3 and under are admitted free of charge.
