“Turkey Shoot” w/ East Windsor Lions
Oct 28 @ 8:15 am – 1:00 pm
The East Windsor Lions Club  47th Annual Turkey Shoot is happening on Sundays.
During the “shoot,” shooters use shotguns from a distance of 25 yards to shoot at targets with  turkeys emblazoned on them. There are 20 shooters in each round, and the shooter whose shot that is closest to the bulls-eye wins the round.

Shooters can win prizes ranging from frozen turkeys, frozen hams, and beef roasts, to gift cards and cash. Tickets for each round of shooting cost from $2.25 to $3.50, depending on the prize being awarded for that round. There are also “special” shooting rounds, where shooters can win larger prizes.

The Turkey Shoot will run for six consecutive Sunday mornings, Oct. 14th thru Nov. 18th. Ticket sales for the shooting rounds will begin at 8:15 AM every Sunday, with the actual shooting rounds running from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM (or last shooter).

Shotgun ammo is provided, and there are shotguns available to use for persons without shotguns who are interested in shooting.

Special: Kids 12 & under get 1 free ticket to shoot (in a “small bird” round).

The East Windsor Lions Club Turkey Shoot has provided SAFE fun for the entire family for the past 46 years of this event, which supports the sight-saving and other charitable activities of the club. For more info, contact Lion Jim Boulais at [email protected] .No automatic alt text available.
