OH NO! Its Back! A Flotilla of Rubber Ducks and Boats that will Sail down the River (Kind Of)!
Our 9th annual Cardboard Boat Race hosted by the American Heritage River Commission and the 11th annual Rubber Ducky Race presented by the BMX/Skatepark Commission will take place on the Scantic River (intersection of Church and Mill Streets) on Sunday, June 27.
