Starting on or around October 19, 2022, ACH to check bill payments will incur a $1.50 charge to cover service fees. This means when you make a bill payment by ACH bank transfer and choose a paper check as the delivery method, a $1.50 fee will apply to each transaction.
ACH to ACH bill payments will still be free. This means when you make a bill payment by ACH bank transfer and also choose ACH as the delivery method, the transaction will not incur a fee.
