ATLANTA – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today that Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs) are available in Connecticut for small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture, and most private nonprofit organizations affected by frost and freeze which occurred on May 18, 2023.

The declaration covers the primary counties of Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex, New Haven, New London, Tolland and Windham; and the contiguous counties of Fairfield in Connecticut; Berkshire, Hampden and Worcester in Massachusetts; Dutchess and Suffolk in New York; and Kent, Providence and Washington in Rhode Island.
