American Heritage River Commission Thanks to all those that came out this morning to celebrate CT Trails Day 2023 with us in East Windsor at Scantic River State Park. 
A special bonus was to unveil a collaborative project ~ East Windsor Arts and Culture and the AHRC had commissioned the barred owl carving from Jared Welcome of JareBear Carvings
The multiflora rose was in full bloom. Happy Trails!
